Every step, explained as it happens
This board annotates its rows, and this walkthrough annotates the process — which stage happens when, what you are expected to do at each, and what the platform is doing while you wait. If you have never ordered through an agent before, read it top to bottom once; the sequence is the same every time, and knowing it removes most of the anxiety.

What happens while you wait
The parcel is scanned about two days after the seller posts it, and examined the following day. It then stays on your warehouse page at no cost, which gives a first-time buyer room to read the notes before asking for packing.
Recorded on your account before the tape comes off.
Images with measurements, so you can compare against something you own.
The window that lets several orders become one parcel.
You choose what goes and when.
Sending the parcel
Three moves, and the first saves the most money.
- 1. Consolidate
One box of five items costs far less than five boxes of one.
- 2. Choose the line
Compare price, transit time and accepted cargo.
- 3. Declare and pay
The declared number is yours to set, and freight prices on chargeable weight.
- 4. Track
Your tracking number goes live about a day after submission.
Once you submit, packing begins and the carrier takes the box, with tracking appearing on your parcel page. Because freight follows measured weight plus the destination, the amount you were quoted may move slightly; the balance is put right afterwards.
